RELAXED SCREENING: This is a modified performance, part of our Relaxed Screenings programme. Gints Zilbalodis', who just won the Oscar for Best Animated Film with FLOW (also playing at ActOne), debut feature film! After suffering a plane crash on a mysterious island, a young man embarks on an epic journey, trying to escape a dark spirit and get back home. Along the way he makes a series of connections with different animals and reflects on the possible ways he ended up on the island. Part dream, part reality, AWAY explores our common, universal need to find a connection. Another beautiful, tender film without dialogue, by Zilbalodis that can be enjoyed by everyone!
