3:rma Live Concert
We are very excited to be hosting a live concert of the folk duo 3:rma at our lounge! 3:rma is an original music project created by guitarist Urška Supej and singer Maša But, designed to bridge the worlds of music, poetry, and social discourse. The project fuses elements of jazz, pop, and folk, addressing themes such as feminism, relationships, faith, and more. Drawing inspiration from legendary musicians like Bob Dylan, Laura Marling, and Leonard Cohen, as well as poets such as Edna St. Vincent Millay and May Sarton, 3:rma also looks to the writings of Simone de Beauvoir, Virginia Woolf, and others. Their lyrics delve into complex issues, often exploring the tension between idealism and reality, sparking conversations on topics frequently overlooked or ignored by society. In January 2024, 3:rma released their highly anticipated album, The Garden of Edna, a tribute to the life and work of poet Edna St. Vincent Millay. The album was completed in October 2023 during an Art Residence in London, organised by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia.
