ACTONE CINEMA COVID-19 MEASURES
JANUARY 2022 UPDATES
In line with government guidance, from Thursday 27 January masks will not be mandatory in our cinema. However, in order to protect the most vulnerable among us, we strongly encourage all guests to keep wearing masks inside the building and the auditorium, unless exempt or eating and drinking. Free masks and hand sanitiser for guests will continue to be available and the rest of our protective measures will continue to apply.
DECEMBER 2021 UPDATES
In line with government guidance, from Friday 10 December, masks are mandatory inside the building, except when eating or drinking. Free masks for guests are available at the box office.
Updated Terms and Conditions for ticket refunds due to COVID-19: Please note that there are no refunds, except in the event of the show being cancelled or in the instance that the customer has been asked to isolate due to COVID-19. In the second instance, the customer has to contact us at manager@actonecinema.co.uk with proof (e.g. screenshot) of their self-isolation notification, up to 2 hours before the screening. The customer will then be issued with a voucher equal to the monetary value of the ticket(s) minus 50p/ticket for transaction fees. Our normal Terms & Conditions apply.

We take the health and safety of our guests and our staff very seriously.
We are following government safety guidelines as well as advice from the United Kingdom Cinema Association (UKCA).
In line with government and industry guidelines, we are putting a number of safety measures in place so that you can relax and enjoy the cinema experience, safe in the knowledge that we have everything covered.
